Registrations
The cost for this event is $120 per person.
You may put down a $40 non-refundable deposit today and that will hold your spot.
The balance for your registration will be due 1 month prior to the event. You will receive an email with an invoice for the balance and that invoice is due 1 month prior to the event date.
Payment may be made via credit card or check.

There will be a $30 fee assessed to all returned checks.
There will be no new registrations taken within 24 hours of the start of the event.
Cancellation Policy:
Should your schedule require you to cancel your registration, I will refund all but $40 of your registration fee until July 1, 2024. If you cancel after that date, you will not receive a refund; however, you may send another person as a substitute. The loss of deposit also applies to moving money to another event except when caused by an act of God (a tornado, for example) or a global pandemic.
Accommodations:
You will be responsible for making your own hotel reservations. There are rooms blocked off at a special rate under the group name CREATIVE MEMORIES. There will be a link for you to use when making reservations online.

A cup with a lid: fountain sodas will be available beginning at 3:00 PM.
Layers of clothing, especially if you tend to get hot or cold easily.Snacks and/or drinks.

Check-in time: 3:00 PM.Check-out time: 11:00 AM.
Free* hot breakfast is served from 6:00-9:30 AM on weekdays and 7:00-10:00 AM on weekends.
Free* 5:30 PM "Kickback" which includes free hot food and cold beverages. Their rotating menu features a variety of salad options and hot food, including chicken strips, macaroni & cheese, hot dogs, baked potatoes, soup and more!

No smoking or vaping inside the hotel.
*Meals are free to guests who stay overnight at the hotel, but may be purchased for non-staying guests.
The ballroom is located down the hall to the right of the lobby. There are 2 doors that lead into the ballroom.
There are luggage carts for your use at the front entrance.
There is a refrigerator and a microwave in your hotel room. I am not responsible for any lost or stolen items. It would be wise to take your electronics (laptop, iPad, etc.) to your room when you leave for the day.
The Big Three!
During the course of the weekend you'll have the opportunity to earn tickets for our "Big 3" drawings, which will be held near the end of the crop weekend.
The Big 3 prizes will be valued at no less than $75 each.
How to get tickets:
Everyone will receive 1 ticket for each day they're registered for the Retreat (for example, all weekend = 3 tickets).
Get tickets every time you get a BINGO!
Additional tickets will be awarded to the person who receives the most votes for best decorations and best shirt/outfit.
